Today at the Renewable Solutions Team Office we have had the Viessmann Mobile Training Van on site. Usually we don’t see our Installers as they work out in the field but today the office has been Buzzing with all of the guys we speak to daily. The sun is shining and our guys have spent the day in training to further improve our service to our customers.
Viessmann Mobile Training Van – RST Installers
Until recently, RST have fitted Worcester Bosch boilers only, however we have been looking at ways to improve our Customer’s buying experience. We currently offer ECO3 boiler grants but wanted for Applicants to be able to choose a package suitable to them. We believe that receiving your grant should feel more tailored and so we will now have various boiler options available to you upon receipt of your grant. It is entirely up to you when it comes to piecing together your personal Boiler Package.
Whether you choose, Worcester Bosch, Viessmann, Glowworm or Potterton you can rest assured that we have tried and tested these boilers over many years and believe these to be of the highest quality on the boiler market. Full details will be listed on our website and eventually all Applicants will be able to register their interest in a particular Brand/Warranty package at application stage.
So our guys are freshly clued up on all full and thorough Viessmann Training and we are expecting a visit from the Glowworm Mobile Training Van very soon too.
RST Are Getting Smart
We will soon be offering our very own branded Thermostat to be fitted alongside our Boiler Installations. These will be available in the very near future and there are plans to introduce an upgrade enabling the thermostat to be controlled by your mobile phone.
Customer Service Upgrades
Our Offices will be having a shake up too. Plans are in place to upgrade and improve our Customer Service Department. We have been gathering Customer Feedback and used the information given to develop a brand new system that will ensure our Customers are supported throughout their journey with us.
The Future For RST
As you can see, we are going to be seeing some big and exciting changes this year. We will continue to provide Boiler Grants on the ECO3 Scheme but will be moving in to a wider range of services in the next 6 months. We have a fresh, new Boiler Servicing and Maintenance Manager who is currently arranging our new Boiler Servicing Diary. Introductory offers available. We will also be offering some very competitively priced boilers on the private market. We want to open our doors and offer our assistance to all customers. Even those who do not qualify on the ECO3 Scheme. So in short, More boilers, more savings to be made, more quality, more options, more assistance and more Happy Customers.
